The Crossbeam Technology Refresh (CTR) program is designed to take advantage of the industry’s most exciting and market leading Unified Threat Management (UTM) technology and invest in a “technology refresh” that will transform the way your customers view security.
What is the Program?
The CTR program is an investment in Crossbeam’s market-leading best-of-breed UTM technology. This is not a firewall replacement program, but much, much more. The program offers instant rebates as good as any of their competitors. The program is scheduled to run for at least one year, which will provide customers sufficient time to evaluate the technology and make the right technology choice. You are requested to simply register the CTR deal documenting the refresh details and pass through a healthy instant rebate to your customers. Rebates will be issued on all CTR deals where competitor replacements are documented. The table below lists the Crossbeam product portfolio and the accompanying instant rebates.

How the program works:
Similar to other rebate programs available to the channel, the CTR program is an instant rebate to customers on submission of a Purchase Order to you. It works like this:
- You submit a quote to Computerlinks and register the deal highlighting key competitor replacement information
- Once the deal closes you then submit a PO to Computerlinks less yours and the End User rebate
- All Crossbeam accredited VARs qualify for the CTR program
