Regional Sales Expertise and Support

Territory Managers act as your advocate to COMPUTERLINKS. Of course, you have many resources to pull from, but Territory Managers are solely responsible for educating new and existing resellers of COMPUTERLINKS’ many offerings.  This includes a variety of information, such as marketing, training, technical support, product evaluations and more.

Day-to-Day Contact for Quotes and Processing

A COMPUTERLINKS Account Manager is specifically allocated for each customer based on region.  These individuals are available by phone or email as a day-to-day first point of contact for all initial sales, product and pricing queries. Account Managers and Territory Managers work together to help you quote accurately to your customers.

Marketing Support for Lead Generation and Development

A team of Product Marketing Managers and Sales Specialists provide insight into vendor marketing resources, as well as our own services. We can assist customers in designing and executing effective campaigns, such as call-out scenarios, webinars, and e-mail blasts, from start to finish. Learn more.

Pre and Post Sales Technical Support

Technically trained to a high level, Pre-Sales Support can deal with the more technical aspects of the sales cycle, working alongside the Account Managers to provide COMPUTERLINKS' partners with a full spectrum of sales support.

Once the software is sold and in place, Post-Sales Technical Support are there to make sure any technical difficulties faced by you or your customers are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
