Pre-Installation Visit

A Pre-Installation Visit is typically needed if the customer cannot complete the necessary prerequisite documents, for ex. if the installation is complex.

Goal:
Gathering all the relevant information that is required for a successful installation, such as:

  • Understanding of the customer's requirements
  • Study of customers logical and physical network topology
  • Assessment of the viability of the proposed solution
  • Completion of all installation prerequisite documents and network diagrams

4 Hours Remote Installation Support

Remote Installation Support is perfect for cost-conscious customers who need minimal onsite installation and understand the product being installed, but need additional guidance.

Goal:
To remotely assist with the successful implementation of one or more products.

Benefits:

  • Unlimited calls to the technical resource at COMPUTERLINKS
  • Between the hours of 8am and 5pm
  • A named engineer is assigned to help
  • Call ownership


Skills Transfer

Goal:
To train the customer after the consultancy and enable the administrator to use/administrator the software accurately.
