Installation Service

Installation: To install, configure and deploy any security software, on any platform, on a customer's network.

COMPUTERLINKS offers Installation Services for all products within the COMPUTERLINKS portfolio. Installation is performed on the customer's site, but can be provided remotely if needed.

Service Steps:

  1. Installation services are requested from COMPUTERLINKS
  2. Consultant will contact the end user prior to installation and confirm details provided have been completed and are correct
  3. Consultant will create a scope of work to be signed once the installation has been completed satisfactorily
  4. Software product is installed and deployed as per the completed prerequisite document*
    1. Operating system configured
    2. Basic rules and policies are set
  5. Functionality of the installed product is tested to verify all objectives have been met

*Under this service it is necessary for the customer to supply all relevant information as outlined in the prerequisite document
