• Consultant will contact end user prior to installation to confirm details provided etc. and create a scope of work to be signed after the installation has been completed satisfactorily
• Single point of contact
• All implementation is done on the customer's site (remotely if required)
• Qualified and highly skilled COMPUTERLINKS consultant is assigned to the consultancy
• The software product is installed and deployed as per completed pre-requisite document
• The operating system configuration
• Basic rules and policy are set
• The functionality of the installed product is then testedl this enables the consultant to verify that all objections have been met
• The administrator at the customer's site changes the password before COMPUTERLINKS' consultant leaves site to ensure the product is secure
• If required, COMPUTERLINKS can carry out operating system installation - patching and hardening
